Don’t Skip Breakfast. . .

The best thing about the weekends is sleeping in. For many people however, this change of pace also means skipping breakfast. You already know just how important breakfast is – it truly is the most important meal of the day. Studies have proven that skipping breakfast increases consumption throughout the day, slows your metabolism and increases cravings for fatty foods. Battling day-to-day temptations is hard enough. Eat a healthy breakfast every day, within an hour of waking (even on the weekends) to curb cravings and manage a healthy weight.
