I stumbled upon this fabulous website, Earndit.com, thanks to a little ad that made its way onto one of my research pages at work one day. I was intrigued by the idea that I could earn awesome free stuff for exercising! This IS the cure to the obesity epidemic! (Well, that may be a bit of an exaggeration, but I think it is a grand idea!!!) And, before you think that you have to pay to play – you don’t! It’s free!!!!
Earndit syncs with several different devices (I use and highly recommend Nike+ – if you have an iPhone, you can download the app and create an online account for free.) Every time you sync a workout with your device, you accrue points on Earndit. There are various prizes available for varying point values (and I already have my eye on several great things!) Prizes include,health food, cosmetics, fitness apparel and accessories, water bottles and even donations to your favorite charity.
